Effective January 1, 2024

* 7% TAX COLLECTION:
I will begin collecting Bay County Florida Room Rental Tax as required by Florida Department of Revenue of 7%, for your stay.  Up until now, I've been absorbing this expense.  But I am no longer in a position to do this.  Thank you for your understanding.

* CANCELLATION POLICY:
Unless cancellation is made 30 days prior to the scheduled date, all fees must be paid in full. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis as to partial refunds or rain checks.
